How it works

  1. Choose what is missing

    Pick the fields and SKUs, or send them straight from the Registry import.

  2. Send one link

    By email, WeChat or any chat app. The data is inside the link.

  3. Factory fills it in

    In English or Chinese, with test report PDFs attached on their device.

  4. Open the reply file

    Check values against the reports, then merge the CSV into your SKU sheet.

Typical fields: Lab ID, lab name, test date, report number, manufacturer details, place and date of manufacture, lot. We prepare and review data; we do not file with CPSC or CBP. You remain the certifier.

Questions

Where is the request stored?

Nowhere on our side. The request is packed into the link after the # sign, which browsers do not send to any server. The factory’s answers and test reports come back to you in a reply file that the factory emails to you.

What does the factory see?

A page in English and Simplified Chinese with your company name, your email, the SKUs and only the fields you asked for, plus an upload box for test report PDFs. The files stay in the factory’s browser until they create the reply file.

How do I use the reply?

Open the reply file on this page. You see every value, can save the attached PDFs (each checked with a SHA-256 checksum), and download the answers as a CSV with the same column names as our checker and Registry import.

What personal data is involved?

Only business contact details you and the factory choose to type: company names, a contact name and business emails. We never receive them.

Is the Chinese text reviewed?

The interface text is short and standard. If something is unclear to your factory, tell us at [email protected] and we will improve it.
