What we do
eFiling Ready reviews documents you provide (such as test reports and certificates), extracts certificate data, identifies gaps, contacts suppliers and labs on your instruction, and delivers files for your use.
What we do not do
We do not file with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission or U.S. Customs and Border Protection, classify goods, give customs or legal advice, test products, or certify products. We are not a licensed customs broker or law firm.
Your responsibility
You (or the manufacturer) remain the certifier. You must review and approve every record before it is used or filed. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you supply.
Liability
Our total liability for any job is limited to the fees paid for that job.
Payment
New clients pay 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Express delivery adds 25%.
Confidentiality and privacy
We use your documents and contact details only to do the work, share them only with people working on your project, and delete documents 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. We do not sell data. NDA on request. To see or delete your data, email [email protected].
