Your file is read in the browser. Shopify variants inherit their product’s title and brand.
- Match and fill
Columns are matched automatically; adjust any match and add values that apply to every row.
- Validate
Required eFiling elements, GTINs, dates, citation codes and lab IDs against CPSC’s dated list.
- Export
Registry bulk-upload file, broker missing-data sheet, and a factory request for what is missing.

Questions
Which files can I import?
Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV and pasted rows. Shopify product exports and Amazon inventory flat files are recognised automatically, including Shopify’s one-row-per-variant layout. Any other spreadsheet works through the column matching step.
What does the Registry file contain?
The 83 columns of CPSC’s eFiling Bulk Upload Template v3 (downloaded from CPSC’s eFiling Document Library on 3 November 2026), in the same order, filled from your data. Download it as .xlsx or .csv.
What is the broker missing-data sheet?
One row per SKU: ready or not, what is missing or invalid, who usually holds that data (you, the factory or the lab report), and the lab ID status. Send it to your broker or use it to chase suppliers.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The file is read in your browser with the open-source SheetJS library. Nothing is sent to us. Lab IDs are checked against a dated copy of CPSC’s accepted-lab list that is part of this site.
Can I upload the file straight to CPSC?
Review it first. Codes we fill in (such as Lab Type and the “Is New?” flags) follow the examples in CPSC’s template; confirm them against CPSC’s Product Registry guidance, and remember you remain the certifier. We do not file with CPSC or CBP.
