Certificate data for regulated consumer products now has to reach CPSC at entry. Your importers send you PDFs, spreadsheets and test reports in every format, and your team spends hours chasing missing test dates, factory addresses and rule citations before anything can be filed.

We take that preparation off your desk. Your team stays on entries and clients; we turn the documents into checked, source-linked data you can use.

What we do for you

• Read each certificate and test report your importer provides
• Check every certificate field for completeness and consistency, with the source page for each value
• Flag gaps with a clear next action: what is missing and who should supply it
• Prepare a Product Registry preparation file per SKU for the importer to review and certify
• Give your team a handoff sheet showing which SKUs are ready and which should wait
• Deliver under your brand or ours, as you prefer

How it works

1. You forward documents. Send the importer's SKU list, certificates and test reports through our secure client portal.
2. We review. Software-assisted extraction, then a person checks every value against its source page.
3. You receive the package. Gap report, Registry preparation file and broker handoff sheet, usually within 3–5 business days.
4. Your importer certifies; you file. The importer remains the certifier and you keep the filing and the relationship.

Where our work stops

We are not a customs broker and we do not file entries, classify goods, test or certify products, or give legal advice. We never contact your importers unless you ask us to, and we sign an NDA on request. Client documents are handled as described in our document handling policy.

Our direct price for importers is $29 per SKU, so you can resell with a margin or include it in your service.
