Quick Check
A fixed-price review of up to 10 SKUs. You get a gap report showing which certificate data is complete, what is missing or inconsistent, and the next action for each SKU.

What we do
- Read every document you send, for up to 10 SKUs
- Check each certificate field against its sources: product identification, rules cited, dates and places of manufacture and testing, lab, certifier and records contact
- Flag gaps and inconsistencies, naming the document and page
- Recommend a next action for every SKU that is not Complete
What to send
- SKU list: spreadsheet or CSV with SKU, product name and model numbers
- Existing certificates (GCC or CPC), if you have them
- Test reports that support each certificate
- Optional: purchase orders, when dates or factories need checking
A Quick Check is not a reduced Preflight: it tells you where the gaps are. Supplier and lab follow-up, the Registry file, broker sheet and audit trail are part of the Certificate Preflight. The Quick Check fee is credited toward a Certificate Preflight under the agreed terms. Upload files in the client portal (PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV, DOCX, JPG, PNG or ZIP; up to 50 MB per file) or email them to us.
Certificate Preflight
A full review of your certificate data for 25 SKUs or more, with supplier and lab follow-up, and four files prepared for your review.

What is included
- Everything in a Quick Check, for every SKU
- Supplier and lab follow-up: on your instruction, we request missing or out-of-date documents and track the replies
- Product Registry preparation file: certificate data field by field, for you to review, enter and certify
- Customs broker handoff sheet and source-linked audit trail
What to send
- SKU list: spreadsheet or CSV with SKU, product name and model numbers
- Existing certificates (GCC or CPC) and the test reports behind them
- Optional: supplier and lab contacts, so we can request missing documents on your instruction
- Optional: purchase orders, to check production dates and factories
Example: 40 SKUs is $890 + 15 × $30 = $1,340. The portal shows this as an estimate when you order; our team confirms the final quote before work starts. We do not enter data in the Product Registry: you or your team keep control of the Registry account and the certification. Upload files in the client portal (PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV, DOCX, JPG, PNG or ZIP; up to 50 MB per file) or email them to us.
Compliance Desk
A monthly service for teams whose SKUs, suppliers and test reports keep changing. We add new SKUs and certificate versions to your records and alert you to expiring tests and retest questions.

What is included
- New SKUs and certificate versions, reviewed against their sources and added with a new version
- Expiry and retest alerts for test reports and certificates that need attention
- Versioned records, so you can see what changed and why
- Ongoing questions through the portal message thread for your Desk order
What to send
- Your current records: a completed Preflight, or your existing certificate data
- New and changed documents as they arrive
- Optional: supplier, factory or material change notices you receive
The monthly volume, outputs and turnaround are agreed with you before the Desk starts, based on the size of your range. The Desk works best on records that have already been reviewed; if yours have not, we may suggest starting with a Preflight. Documents are kept while the Desk is active and deleted 90 days after it ends, unless you ask otherwise.
Payment and timing
- Prices are in USD. Nothing on this website is a binding quote: estimates shown in the client portal are estimates, and we confirm the final quote before work starts.
- New clients pay 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
- Invoices are issued in the client portal and payment instructions are sent by email. The portal does not take online payments.
- Turnaround counts from when we have your SKU list and the documents we need. Time spent waiting on suppliers or labs is not included.
- Brokers and forwarders get wholesale rates for white-label work.
